Capture Your

greetings
Greeting
In Okinawa, there is a saying:
"shī-bun shiyou."
"Shī-bun" means sharing what you have with others.
Passing on the happy moments and the good things in life, so that joy spreads to everyone —
that gentle Okinawan way of life is what we call "shī-bun."
HITOHASHI Photo Studio, in Yomitan Village, Okinawa,
is a place built on that very spirit.
Through photography, we share each family's precious memories — and hope to become a bridge between people, and between people and nature.
That wish is where HITOHASHI Photo Studio began.
Our name comes from two Japanese words:
"hi" (the sun) and "hashi" (a bridge) —
warm like the sun, a bridge
that connects people and nature.
That is the hope we carry in our name.

Life's greatest treasure
is the memories we gather.
Those treasures,
we keep gently for you
in the form of photographs.
